At Find New Customers, we’re the Marketing Transformation company, helping business transform marketing from a traditional cost center to a revenue focused marketing operation.

Every marketer’s job is to drive revenue, so we believe that marketers need start filling sales funnels with fewer and better leads, so their sales people win more deals at higher margins.

That’s a long and arduous trip, so you need a good guide to lead you there.

A good place to start is by downloading the highly acclaimed white paper How to Find New Customers

To become a true  demand generation company driving revenue, you need to transform in many different areas including:

  1. Strategy – do we know where we are going and how to get there?
  2. Value Proposition – do you deliver real value for customers?
  3. Content – do we have the bait on our hooks to “catch” customers?
  4. Processes – can we manage our leads and opportunities?
  5. People – do we have the right skills and people on the bus?
  6. Technology – are the tools in place and working properly
  7. Metrics – can we measure results and refine our approach?

It all starts with a deep and comprehensiveness understanding of your customers and prospects. These are called Buyer Personas. Fortunately, Find New Customers is becoming certified in Buyer Personas by the Buyer Persona Institute, so we are uniquely qualified to help you.

We are also the Creator and Host of Marketing Made Simple TV, where we interview the world’s smartest marketers each week. These experts stand behind me. So when you hire Find New Customers, you get an army of experts.

Please note that, due to a non-compete agreement, we cannot help you if you are a client or prospect of The Pedowitz Group. So if you are, we cannot help you.

  1. So Jeff, help me ensure I understand. You joined Pedowitz; you were made account manager for GE, wrote all that cool stuff about change management – and now you’ve left Pedowitz?? It appears that you stole their model and adopted it revenue marketing as your new mantra.

Don’t get me wrong, I like most of your stuff and your insights – I’m just trying to figure out who you are – beyond being the master of shameless self-promotion.

    • Yes and no, Eric. Marketing needs to drive revenue, plain and simple. And it is important. So I tried to come up with a way of saying it without their term of “revenue marketing.” So I came up with revenue marketing connection – connecting marketing to revenue. I can understand it’s close to theirs, but it is not the same.

    • We did not steal TPG’s model. Their’s is revenue marketing and revenue marketing journey firm. We are a demand generation company who uses exactly zero of their content, ideas or anything else.
